Liquid-cooled C&I cabinet ESS
105 kW / 233 kWh Battery Storage CabinetCompact 400 V storage for distributed commercial sites.
An integrated LFP cabinet combining the battery string, 105 kW bidirectional PCS, BMS, EMS, liquid cooling and fire protection in one outdoor enclosure.

Application fit
Start with the operating duty.
This model is the compact starting point in the documented cabinet range. Its 832 V nominal LFP string feeds a 105 kW PCS and connects to a 400 V three-phase bus. It suits distributed sites that need a self-contained system without moving to a container platform.
Open the RFQ input checklistIntegrated architecture
Four layers form the starting platform.
The commercial scope still needs a project responsibility matrix covering every external interface.
Battery string
3.2 V / 280 Ah LFP cells arranged as 1P260S provide 233 kWh rated energy.
Power conversion
A 105 kW bidirectional PCS supports grid-connected and off-grid operating modes.
Control layer
BMS and EMS coordinate battery protection, operating strategy, alarms and communications.
Cabinet systems
Liquid cooling, IP54 enclosure, fire suppression and local auxiliary supply complete the platform.

Buyer questions
Resolve these points before ordering.
Use the answers to narrow the design; use the final project documents to release the order.
Can this cabinet operate off-grid?
The PCS specification includes an off-grid AC mode, but a complete backup system still requires the protected-load schedule, transfer device, earthing method, restart logic and reserve SOC to be confirmed.
Is 233 kWh fully usable?
233 kWh is the rated battery energy. Usable project energy depends on the permitted SOC window, temperature, auxiliary consumption, ageing allowance and operating reserve.
Can the unit be installed outdoors?
The documented enclosure is IP54 with C3 corrosion protection. Ambient conditions, drainage, solar exposure, service access and coastal or desert distance requirements still need site review.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Provide the interval load profile, grid voltage, target operating mode, site country, ambient range, cable boundary, delivery access and required FAT or certification evidence.
